Seeq To Present at Emerson Global Users Exchange Conference

September 2, 2015

Seeq Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Brian Parsonnet will be presenting in multiple sessions at the upcoming Emerson Exchange users conference this fall in Denver, Colorado, on October 12 to 15, 2015.

This year’s Emerson Exchange is expected to be the largest gathering ever of Emerson customers, partners, and employees.

Parsonnet’s presentations will be one part of Seeq’s presence at Emerson Exchange, which includes an exhibition booth and collaborative efforts with hardware and software product groups in Emerson’s Process Management division.  Seeq representatives will be demonstrating a new release of the Seeq Workbench, which was first made available to a limited set of customers in March. These customers, in the pharmaceuticaloil & gasutilitychemical, and refining industries, have been using Seeq to gain visibility into plant performance using data from DeltaV, OSIsoft PI, HART devices, and other sources. Seeq has proven to be valuable to these customers, enabling them to better leverage their data to drive improvements in asset optimization, operations excellence, situational awareness, and other common scenarios.

Parsonnet will be co-presenting two papers at Emerson Exchange: session 2-5103, Utilizing Predictive Analytics for Inferred Measurements, and session 3-5417, Utilizing Analytics for Valve Performance Monitoring.

Prior to being a co-founder of Seeq, Parsonnet served as CTO and co-founder of Ice Energy. He also enjoyed a long career at Honeywell, holding a variety of leadership roles in product definition and strategy for the Industrial Automation and Controls division, and was formerly VP Technology for Honeywell Loveland.
