Nari Ansari

Nari Ansari is a Managing Director on Sixth Street Growth, focusing on minority and majority growth equity investments in the software/SaaS, B2B tech, and fintech & payments sectors. At Sixth Street, he has led or co-led investments in MasterControl, Atlas HXM, and Stripe. Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2022, Mr. Ansari was a General Partner at TCV focused on investments in the application software, industry-specific software, fintech & payments, healthcare IT, and tech-enabled services sectors. He previous led and co-led investments include Avalara (NYSE: AVLR; sold to Vista), AxiomSL (sold to Thoma Bravo), EmbanetCompass (sold to Pearson), HireVue (sold to Carlyle Group), Kipu Health, Merkle (sold to Dentsu Aegis), OneSource Virtual, Payoneer (NASD: PAYO), Perceptyx, Varsity Tutors/Nerdy (NYSE: NRDY), and Watermark. Previously, Mr. Ansari worked at McKinsey & Company advising clients in the storage, semiconductor, and general technology industries. He graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. and M.S. in Management Science & Engineering.
