International Paper – Process Cost Curve Visualization
Cameron Cox, Data Scientist, International Paper
The Wash Cost Curve project developed a real-time tool to analyze the impact of pulp washing on fiber and liquor cycles, integrating validated process relationships and real-time pricing. Initially built in Seeq Workbench and deployed via Data Lab, user feedback led to its transition into the Seeq Organizer, where dashboards update daily and integrate with PI Vision for operational reporting. This tool has improved real-time monitoring and decision-making across multiple departments, with future enhancements planned for expanded data integration and customization.
