
Seeq Announces Customer Award Winners at Conneqt 2025

Seeq recognized the winners of the Seeq Customer Awards at Conneqt 2025, our global industry conference held in Las Vegas. Winners across six categories were selected for addressing top industry challenges and achieving significant business impact with industrial analytics, AI, and enterprise monitoring in Seeq.

Trailblazer: Eli Lilly and Company
The Trailblazer Award recognizes customers who demonstrate exceptional innovation and leadership in leveraging cutting-edge technologies within Seeq to drive transformative changes and achieve significant business outcomes.
Eli Lilly launched a pioneering initiative with Seeq to revolutionize its Asset Quality Management process. By leveraging Industrial Enterprise Monitoring™ and GenAI, they’re moving toward a standardized, AI-driven approach that automates reporting and delivers intelligent recommendations. This effort not only enhances efficiency and consistency across sites but also sets a new benchmark for regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The finalists for the Trailblazer award were Energy Transfer, British Sugar, and Marathon Petroleum.
Workforce Empowerment Award Winner: Intel Corporation
The Workforce Empowerment Award recognizes a company committed to enhancing business value by empowering subject matter experts and employees through scalable utilization of Seeq and learning resources, fostering optimized workflows and continuous improvement. Intel rapidly scaled Seeq as part of their Discovery Program, growing from a single-site pilot to hundreds of users per day across multiple sites and many millions of signals. By enabling engineers with self-service analytics and real-time machine health insights, they are transforming productivity and creating a strong foundation for scalable innovation.
The Workforce Empowerment Award finalists were International Paper, Equinor ASA, and Aramco.
Business Impact: Merck
The Business Impact Award recognizes customers who demonstrate exceptional innovation and leadership in leveraging cutting-edge technologies within Seeq to drive transformative changes and achieve significant business outcomes.
Merck translated advanced analytics and enterprise insights into real-world results. Their development of an OEE solution with Seeq Advanced Analytics and Industrial Enterprise Monitoring has enabled real-time visibility, reduced downtime, and accelerated production of life-saving products. As part of their Manufacturing Process Intelligence initiative, Merck is scaling Seeq globally to empower teams and enhance manufacturing performance. Their long-term strategy and operational excellence make them a model of analytics-driven enterprise impact.
The Business Impact Finalists were Alcon, OMV, and Kaneka US.
Sustainability Award Winner: Equinor
The Sustainability Award recognizes a company that has established itself as a leader in sustainable practices and is actively using Seeq to positively impact the environment.
Equinor has made Low Carbon one of its three core strategic pillars, leveraging Seeq to improve energy performance across a diverse asset base. Driven by the Energy and Production Optimization Project Team (EPOP), the initiative is primarily focused on subsurface engineers, while also presenting opportunities for other experts in different fields to leverage Seeq, to optimize operations and support Equinor’s long-term goal of becoming Net Zero by 2050.
The Sustainability Award finalists were PBF Energy, Pannonia BIO, and Infineum.
Seeq Champion of the Year Award Winner: Tyler Fedun (Energy Transfer)
The Seeq Champion Award recognizes an enthusiastic advocate who drives tangible business value through advocacy of Seeq within their organization and beyond, positively impacting both their company and the Seeq community within the industry.
Tyler Fedun (Energy Transfer) played a pivotal role in accelerating SME-driven equipment reliability at Energy Transfer by championing innovative initiatives like ML-enabled anomaly detection and thousands of other monitoring analytics scaled across hundreds of assets with Industrial Enterprise Monitoring. His strategic vision and collaborative spirit have helped shape key features and inspire broader engagement. A strong advocate in the midstream space, he continues to promote knowledge sharing and innovation by speaking at events like Conneqt and mentoring teams across his organization.
