In this session, PBF Energy’s Dan Aichinger and Seeq’s Kyle Clark share how they built an enterprise energy sustainability platform that turns complex operational data into real-time KPIs for operators and leaders across six refinery sites. Using Seeq, Datalab, asset trees, and Power BI, they show how the team tied performance to lost profit opportunity, scaled to 337 KPIs across 114 process units and about 4,500 leaf signals, and used AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and embed energy visibility into daily refinery operations.
