With over 18 years of experience in the energy and automation industries, Nikki’s experience spans oil and gas, industrial energy, pharmaceuticals, power generation, pulp and paper and refining. Her engineering career has taken her all over the world, resulted in over forty published technical articles, one US patent, and countless engineering problems solved. She enjoys tackling the “never been done before” challenges and prides herself on devising innovative solutions to the industry’s toughest problems.
Prior to joining Seeq, Nikki was Senior Vice President for the Digitalization business unit at Siemens Energy. Previous roles include Head of Global Field Service and Digital Operations for Siemens Energy, and Director of Global Turnarounds Program, Director of Offshore Oil and Gas, and Senior Applications Consultant for Emerson Automation Solutions.
She is passionate about leadership development and emotional intelligence. She is an avid advocate for STEM education women’s leadership development. She is an active member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and has held multiple leadership positions in Diversity and Inclusion councils at both Emerson and Siemens.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and is a licensed professional engineer. She lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband and two teenage sons.
