Michael Risse is the Chief Strategy Officer at Seeq, responsible for business development, industry partnerships and licensing, and development of Seeq’s marketplace for third-party machine learning algorithms and Add-on modules. He is a founding partner at Seeq and from 2013 to 2021 served as Chief Marketing Officer where he was responsible for product management, digital marketing, demand generation, AR/PR, vendor relationships, the VAR partner channel, and cloud partnerships.
Risse has more than 20 years of experience in B2B strategy, execution, and leadership. Prior to joining Seeq, Risse served as VP of Marketing at a B2B startup, as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Ignition Partners, and in a variety of roles with Microsoft in product management, subsidiary marketing, and in his final role was VP for the Worldwide Small and Midmarket Business Segment.
Risse holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and studied abroad with Denmark International Study (DIS).
