Stefanie brings her years of experience as a User Interface developer to solve a new problem.
After graduating from MIT, Stefanie started her career as an intern at NetManage where she gravitated to User Interface development.
During her long tenure at Kana, a provider of Customer Relations Management (CRM) Software, she held various roles from Software Engineer to Sustaining Engineering Manager. As the Senior User Interface Engineer, Stefanie was responsible for designing and developing all of the CRM product’s administration tools. Later she was the technical lead for multiple releases of Kana’s CRM and Knowledge Base products, whose team members were located worldwide. Later her leadership skills were required to rejuvenate the Sustaining Engineering team, which reduced the backlog of cases by 83% during her tenure.
Moving back into User Interface development, Stefanie spent some time at Measured Progress working on their administrative tool for educational assessments. Thereafter she moved to Ezenia to work on a web client for a secure collaboration product.
More recently, at PHT Corporation, Stefanie was the technical lead and certified scrum master for the first four releases of their next generation smart phone application, LogPad App, which is used by patients in pharmaceutical studies. There she helped build a team of talented engineers and maintained high quality standards.
Stefanie’s high quality standards cross over into her personal life as a horse breeder. Her 2013 Oldenburg foal was named United States Dressage Federation’s Champion Filly of the Current year in 2013. She also keeps a riding horse to continue her passion for Dressage. She lives with her husband and son in southeastern New Hampshire.
